Internal recruiter call seemed okay, but the next day I was rejected without explanation, and without any technical interview. That's despite the fact that I have 7 years of experience in exactly the same tech stack and was working on exactly the same product in my previous place.

Interview steps: 1. Technical Assessment (~4-6 hours) 2. Tech interview (previous experience) 3. Interview with CEO (behavior interview) It looks like a small startup, but they have some processes for interviews and tech grades. Their process prevents them from hiring. It looks as unnecessary and a little bit weird for their size company. The interviews were friendly but after it, they don't rush.
