interview consists of 4 stages. first is 3 codility quesions. very simple - you get 2 hours 40 minutes to solve them.
then it's an interview with hr person.
then one hours technical chat.
fourth one is 16 tech quesations, this time on site.
it's quite consuming but what i found frustrating is complete lack of any feedback at any stage.
all is great, everything is brilliant, you score 99% at everything and eveyrone is happy but when they're asked questions - nobody knows anything. zero feedback.
so for me me it was eventually automated "Unfortunately, I write to advise that we will not be proceeding further with your application" without a word, or even a person signing it.
