Did a one-way video interview, which was new to me. You visit a website and they provide 5 questions which you then proceed to answer live while being recorded by your webcam. Was expecting the questions to be mostly boring "personality quiz" kind of questions, but instead, only the first was open-ended, while the other four were technical and objectively answerable. Anyone with intermediate knowledge of programming in general would be able to answer them with confidence. One question was specific about the C++ programming language, which again a user with basic to intermediate level would be able to answer correctly.
