My experience may not help here. I was a service engineer work for another company overseas. The company I worked for got merged into Rockwell Automation. I was transferred from oversea facility to Rockwell Automation Canada. That said, my interview process may not help you guys here.

round 1: Aptitude Basic quant and technical questions were asked
round 2: Personal interview Technical round interview
round3: HR interview Basic HR questions were asked

Interview
Two phone interviews and then an onsite if selected after that. Interviews were around a week in between. They were very nice in their interview and the questions were pretty straight forward like I had imagined.
