The first round was in career fair. Then i was called for round Robin. It was 2 days interview. The first day was just intro and they made us play some games. And the next day was the actual interview. It was easy but i was not given offer. The people are really sweet. But they dont deserve me. May be there are not good at judging talent

Multi Stage process focused on screening candidate fit for the company which relies heavily on the input of the person infront of you, which may determine how many rounds you go. They want to see how someone experienced in a position with which you have interest thinks of you.

Are you able to relocate?
Two day process with first day seminar and second day interviews. Four interviews each with different Rockwell employees. Primarily Behavioral questions and resume run through. Pretty basic, they want to get to know you and how you would respond to certain situations

I was sen an email saying that they wanted an in person interview, showed up in a lobby where there was 2 other people. I waited in said lobby until called upon.
