I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation (Milwaukee, WI) in Apr 2016
Interview
I was an internal candidate so the process may be different. I applied online, then had an informal phone interview with the hiring manager. Then the interview was scheduled for a few weeks later where I was asked to prepare an hour long presentation about myself and experience, then participate in a Q&A with a panel.

Question 1
What do you think will be your biggest challenge in this role?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation (Milwaukee, WI) in May 2014
Interview
Applied online and was brought in to interview a week later. The actual interview was probably one of the shortest that I've ever had. It lasted about 15 minutes and all of the questions were read directly off of a piece of paper. Standard, typical interview questions. Very little interaction other than that. It felt like they already had who they wanted to hire but needed to interview another candidate. Emailed a week and two weeks later to inquire about the interview/position and never heard back.
