Interview
I submitted an online application and within a couple days I received an email from the Principal from the school requesting an in-person interview. The interview lasted about 45 minutes where I was in front of the Principal and Vice Principal of School Culture. They proceeded to ask me about my teaching background/experience in education, teacher specific questions regarding classroom management and why I am involved in teaching etc. I was also asked to participate in some role play, afterwards I was given feedback and then encouraged to perform the role-play again using the specific strategies and/or advice provided.
