Step 2: Panel interview with manager, developer and tech lead (behavioural, non coding technical, problem solving puzzle)
Step 3: Interview with Director (behavioural focusing on growth, company culture etc)

Director interview asked about why I'm looking to switch roles, and a question related to moving up (possibly into management) as that is a big thing within the company
good , awesome and asked about projects in detail and some coding questionss and interviw person was so serious and rejecting my answeers and overall it was good and location was tough and got into tensions

they were friendly and they asked routine questions . they asked about my education my past experience and some technological questions. it was a good experience. they also asked to check if i know about the recent projects at rogers

Telephone, Hr Interview, Email, technical interview. All done through a portal, with resume. Ability to communicate clearly is required. Ensure resume has keywords, and your skills are all up to snuff. Recruiter seemed to be aware, but was not technical.
