Interview
You will be interviewed by two managers, one after the other, perhaps the same day or different days; they will ask you basic questions about yourself and your work history (especially pertaining to customer service and the food industry). I think they try to get a sense of your personality more than anything else and a sense of whether you will be a dedicated worker.

easy and open to speak with, good questions, lots of ey contact, long time spent, good rapport, friendly, team is happy and cohesive, good management, nice atmosphere, energetic and they welcomed my questions
