Roke Manor Research interview questions

Overall, I was very dissappointed in the interview process, the communications were bad and interview process and feedback was very unprofessional and the whole process seems to coincide with most of the negative reviews I have read about the company in general. Firstly it was very difficult to get hold of the internal recruitment team, everything has to be done through email or pre-arranged calls which sometimes don't happen. Went through an initial call with a recruitment manager, where they try and insinuate to go in at a lower level salary (very pushy with no real basis or justification) - very weird. Was told at first stage that I will be proceeding through to final stage, I then received a very generic rejection email a day later,l with no feedback, context or courtesy call - basic expectations for an established company in my opinion. It's a shame because I thought the interview went well and was really excited about the possibility of working for them.
