RooneyPartners interview questions

The interview process was frustrating - after a positive first interview I did not get called in for a second interview for another two months. The interview itself was fine and I received an offer the next day. The offer came by email, no phone call. However, when I called to ask questions about their salary and bonus structure and ask questions about their healthcare coverage (they said they pride themselves on covering the entire premium, which is why salaries are lower) they did not have answers (at one point she actually said, let me pull my insurance card out of my purse to see if I can tell you - there was no HR). I said I needed to think for a few minutes (she could not give me any answers around bonus structure, simply "we like entrepreneurial people"). She called me back twenty minutes later and flat-out rescinded the offer. She said after I had asked questions they all "had a moment of pause" and thought I wouldn't be a good fit after all.
