I had an interview over the phone with a Paralegal Coordinator in their San Francisco office. The interview lasted about 15 minutes in total and started with basic getting-to-know you questions, a period of behavioral questions, and ended with questions I had for the coordinator.

Fine, just 30 minute interview and then selected for panel interview. I enjoyed the phone screening, my interviewer was very nice and it was quick. He had reviewed my resume beforeehand which was helpful

The interview process was very Straight forward process. Following submitting the application, there was a Phone screening following by multi-round interview (3-4). After that there sometimes is a third round interview. Straight forward behavioral questions with each round focusing on different traits/types of questions.
