I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Roscom (Derby, England) in Sep 2016
Interview
In 2 sections with a break of about 30 minutes between sessions. I was told about 30 minutes prior to arriving for the interview that i would need to do a presentation on Roscom's Product portfolio. This i refused due to the lateness of which the request was made and the amount of time i had to put something together considering i was on route to the interview. Very poorly organised and orchestrated interview. Panel of 3 mangers trying to make you feel uncomfortable is not what you should have to put up with. CEO came in for part 2 of the interview just to flex his muscles and to let you know who he is. COMPLETE JOKE

Question 1
What experience do you have in regards Telecoms. Nothing to do with what you would actually be doing as the role is predominately Data Analysis.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Roscom (Derby, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
Invited to an Interview via a recruitment agency. The interview was arranged and I was notified that I would need to deliver a 20 minute "power point" presentation on Roscom, it's products and competitors. I spent 3 days researching the company and putting a the power point presentation together allowing myself a few days to finely tune and rehearse. The Interview was cancelled because apparently I lived too far away from their offices.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Roscom (Derby, England) in May 2014
Interview
Applied through an agency, was offered a competency-based interview within a week or so. Was interviewed by 2 members of staff - one HR and the other was a member of the team I had applied to join. Apparently the manager was travelling on business.
Both interviewers were unfriendly and very awkward in their approach, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Less than 5 minutes each the second interviewer made a catty remark about a blotchy patch that had appeared on my chest as a result of nerves. That made me feel incredibly self-conscious, but I completed the interview to the best of my ability.
I didn't hear from neither the recruitment agency nor Roscom after the interview. Had I been offered another interview, or even the position itself, I would have declined on the basis of that awful first impression.
