I had a wonderful interview process with Rosegate Mortgage. The entire team was extremely welcoming, I had an initial phone interview with Rachael Hudson to see if Rosegate and myself were a mutual fit. After speaking with Rachael, I knew I wanted to come in and meet the team. Rachael set up a time for me to come into the office, and meet the team while holding three individual meetings with leadership. After speaking with Bryce, Brad, and Abbie. I knew this is exactly where I wanted to land for my next steps in my career. Overall the entire process only took a little more than week.

I was interviewed individually by the head of the marketing team, by each founder of the company. It was fairly laid back. They care more about discipline and effort than your work experience and skills.
