      Recruiter Interview

      Denver, CO
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Roth Staffing (Denver, CO)

      Interview

Fairly easy, the company is pretty upfront with expectations. They set the standard for what they want and are not deceptive about it. Overall very smooth. Aside from the hours offered I liked the way they did things.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Are you wiling to work 50 hour work weeks for the company?

Thank you for taking the time to share your insights here on Glassdoor. We’ve had a chance to connect with the Denver team and wanted to address your comment regarding work hours for some temporary assignments. While not typical, we do support a few clients that require seasonal overtime hours (evenings/ weekends) on an as-needed basis. For this reason, we inquire with candidates during the interview process, if they are comfortable with extended hours. Should you wish to further discuss, or, explore other temporary assignments with more traditional schedules, we’d encourage you email contact@rothstaffing.com and we’d be happy to put you in touch with our Market Manager.
