Roux Associates interview questions

It was mostly just the interviewer doing all the talking on what the job entails. However, they seem to go into the interview with a very specific idea on what kind of person they want.

Professional. It started with the recruiter, then I spoke to a manager and then I met onsite with Engineers. Seems like a good company, well organized and thorough. I didn't receive a response saying I didn't get the job, I think companies should do that as a courtesy or let me know that I could apply at another site.
