RoverPass interview questions

The process started in a platform named Prometeo Talent where you are required to answer some validation questions and a video introducing yourself. Then you are contacted by a recruiter who explains the rest of the process and answers your questions. The final step was an interview with the CEO.

The interview process extended over a month and involved discussions with a recruiter, the head of customer support, the operations director, and finally, the CEO. The CEO's interview was particularly noteworthy. Following these interviews, I received an offer. Despite attempting to negotiate the salary, we couldn't reach an agreement. However, I was genuinely enthusiastic about the role and accepted their initial offer. Unfortunately, when the formal offer letter didn't arrive as expected, I wondered if they had rescinded the offer. This experience underscores the importance of discussing salary expectations upfront to prevent any misunderstandings.
