very quick, i was hired within a week, i only interviewed with HR. i was asked to give 3 references, and pass the drug test. after a week i was offered a position and i accepted it .

The process was very disorganized and redundant. The organization seemed to not have a clear vision of the role and lacked an efficient recruitment strategy. I was brought in twice after an initial phone screening and asked low-level questions. It was not a good use of anyone's time.
