Applied online. Two days later, Team Acquisitions Manager e-mailed me for a phone interview. After that, I scheduled an in-person interview. Interview had two people asking questions. You get to hear back from them the following week.

Q: Describe a time where you had to save someone else's life before yours.
Very fast to reach back out to me after applying, did my phone screening literally the next day or two after applying and it went super smooth. Scheduled my in person interview for the very next day as well so everything is moving really fast and good.

Quick interview and a lift test. Recruiter was easy to reach out to and heard back within a couple of hours. Lift test was not too difficult as well. Asked usual interview questions like which Royal quality are you.
