I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at RuSH London
Interview
Was asked to hop on a zoom call. Was not asked to speak and it only lasted about 3 minutes. I did not apply directly and was sent an email very last minute. The whole process felt quite rushed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing was asked and they did not send the questionnaire that was apparently meant to come.
3 interviews and 2 questionnaires seems to good to be true. Quite worrying as it seems mainly for to door sales so does not seem very good.
Not sure what to expect overall
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RuSH London in Jan 2021
Interview
The process took a week. Initial pre recorded interview. Progressed on to a Zoom interview. Initially I thought the whole process was very good and interesting. The interview was 2 hours long, went in to great depth about the company. However, the role I was sold was essentially a management scheme, a fast track scheme over a year preparing you for managing an office. Lots of training to be given with quick progression.
I was given the job. The contract that was sent through was very different. It was essentially a door to door sales job and that was it. It was fully self employed, which was not mentioned in the interview.
I declined as it was not what I thought it was.
