Rudding Park Hotel interview questions

Very brief interview, she spent more time talking about which celebs had visited than why I’d be good for the job. Kept bringing my age up and seemed worried about my stamina (I’m only 30, yes a little bit older than the majority of the spa girls but I felt it wasn’t or shouldn’t be an issue) Finally had to do a trades test, they expect you to a back massage with your forearms despite not learning it at college so this made me even more nervous. My college tutor prepped me saying that asking for £10 per hour would be a good expected wage (bad advice) so to be offered just over minimum wage with the amount Rudding Park charges for their treatments is appalling especially for the time and money it takes to train in beauty.
