Runway Bandits interview questions

Interviewer asked me to prepare some branding collaterals for her beforehand (I assume it’s to see if she likes my style). After that, she said I’ve been shortlisted for an interview. During the interview I showed my sunny personality because I am naturally a very bubbly person. However, I didn’t get hired in the end. Still confusing for me😅
