Ruskin Mill Trust interview questions

Very straight forward. Was made to feel very at ease in the interview with two people. Absolutely gorgeous setting, I would have liked more of a tour to break the ice. Questions were thoughtful and some focused on how I would manage my own wellbeing. I was not offered the job that I applied for, but instead was offered an alternative.

Was given a detailed tour of the school and interviewed by two people. They had a predetermined set of questions. They took notes on my answers and remained very stoic.
