Russian School Of Mathematics interview questions

Straight forward. They ask about experience, explain the position, you must take a test to demonstrate mastery of subject, and choose availability. The test can be on a variety of levels. I chose 10th grade math.

First interview which was schuduled - via text messages - as a screening phone call but then I received a zoom link about 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time, I was asked few standard questions about why I applied and the like, The lady said the school principal would contact me within two days to schedule an in person. I sent a follow up about 3 days later since I had not hear back, but the lady never responded. About a week later I did get a text message fro m the principal asking if I could come in for an in-person interview. She was friendly and I liked interviewing with her (not so much the math exam she brought up out of nowhere), we spoke for a good 40 minutes, I did the exam, and also some assestment at the front desk. I was told I would hear back in the next 2-3 days. I followed two times - once via email and once via text message. They never followed up with me one way or another. That was over two weeks ago.
