After completing an online application, they reached out via email for a Zoom interview. The questions were about availability, organizational strategies, and experience related to administrative duties. This position was for the educational department, so they also asked about background related to that.

What is one strategy you use for time management and organization?
Interview process was long and lengthy. Got back within in a month for a phone interview. Then for a in person interview and meet the whole team. Overall it was a positive experience.
After the initial application process, there was a basic phone call interview confirming most things submitted on application matched the job description. Next video call interview over skype, then in-person interview at potential department of employment.

Quick process and interesting interview. Asked to do a short activity and was given 15 minutes before having to return to interview. Heard back from the department after about a week regarding the second interview.
