Interview process was smooth and quick! Everyone was great to speak with and kept in communication on next steps especially with holidays in between. HR was awesome through the whole process.

Subpar interview process. It was "easy" because it's not much of an interview process in my opinion. It amounted to having the the benefits menu read to me. Hardly any substantive role questions and when I tried to share my experience the interviewer seemed disinterested. Just a lot of cheerleading and telling me how great the company is. When I inquired about the negative reviews online, the interviewer had no idea what that could be about because everything is just so great there. At the end of the interview, I was told my background was excellent for the role, the hiring manager was out but they would get back to me to take the next steps. Weeks later, ghosted. I had very little enthusiasm for the company after speaking to them so I didn't care. I share my experience in the hopes I can add clarity if helps a future candidate.
