Arranged through WhatsApp with HR. Went down for physical interview. Asked about past research work in school, and some current affairs questions as well. There were three interviewers in total and one interview round. Overall manageable interview.

Question 1
Describe your experience in xx research project and what you learned
The process took around 4 weeks. 1st round was a competency test + hiring manager round (2h), 2nd round was a group director round (1h). Questions asked were fairly simple as the interviewers preferred to ask questions off-the-cuff and are more interested to learn about you as a person.
While I enjoyed the interview process, I hope that companies like theirs could compensate candidates for their time invested, considering that I have displayed a good amount of interest in the role and spent quite a lot of time into preparing. HR's generic response of 'we regret that we could not advance your application at this point in time' also rubbed me the wrong way, and I tried very hard to empathise with their reply.
However, one can only dream.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RySense (Singapore) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview was two hours long in total. The first hour was a test on data reading, where you would be given a set of survey datas and are tasked to suggest solutions based on the data trends. The second hour was with the hiring manager and HR recruiter, where you present your analysis and answer some questions on your personality and past working experiences. One week after the interview, I was given the generic "we still have other candidates to interview", which rubs me the wrong way. I think most candidates would rather much have a firm rejection email than having to hang onto false prospects for two weeks.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Use three words to describe yourself. What kind of manager would you work best with? How would you describe your working style?
