The whole process was very easy! Very laid back they took me on a tour of a site so I could really get a feel for the job! I really enjoyed the entire process with ryan homes

Phone screen straight forward asking about pm experience. Also asked situational pm questions to see how you would handle the situation. Followed up with a personality test. This company bases their bias of you based off the personality test.
