After shortlisting the CV, I had a phone interview,. Then, there was a written test to gauge my lesson-planning ability. Finally, there was an interview with the reporting manager. The process took about two weeks.

It was easy. They were starting a new playschool and wanted a detailed analysis of all the current playschools and how things worked. They wanted me to go to various playschools and ask them about the admission procedure, check out the facilities they provided, fee structure, etc.
