Initial process slow.
First meeting with consultant, second with CEO.
Questions were all very basic and stereotypical.
After CEO made selection, Personnel Manager took charge (the company does not really have an HR department but someone functions like a personnel manager in the old days).
Personnel manager very relaxed and smooth but not very straightforward (due to fear of CEO).
Personnel manager makes all arrangements for new staff and works with accounting and IT to organize all access points, systems, and payments (salary distribution), and so on. Personnel performs this task well.
Interview smooth and makes company appear to be a very nice place to work but it is quite the opposite.
