They asked to come at 09.30pm. I reached at 11.30 pm. One written was done and HR mentioned that they have shortage of panel so may be they will see response of written and decide if they want to do interview today or may be need to come after few days. Written contains two questions 1- give two advantage of using jdbc over hibernate 2 find unique character in two string. After completing this written in 10 minutes.. I waited till 04.00 pm. Even I noticed that some people came at 09.30 was waiting... No one came to announce my name till 04.00pm. I tried to contact to available hr and he said he will arrange interview... I called to cosultnacy. Hr came and said that he arranged panel and interview will happen.. I waited till 04.45 pm.. It was more then 5 hours I was waiting.. I left for the day.. No interview... Please be professional and at least provide some updates in between and share tentative time when interview will happen. Very bad experience...
