Multiple phone interviews leading to a 3 round skype interview that were all 2 on 1. Each call lasted about an hour in total. Skype interviews STRICTLY followed their outlined behavioral interview questions per their website. During all but one of the interviews it was very clear that they were reading directly off a prompt with no deviation. The people interviewing were nice, but the interviews were difficult due to the solidity of the structure not allowing for a clean flow of conversation.
