The interview process included 3 steps: 1. Phone call with the HR 2. Video call with the technical team 3. Case study with the technical team In the end I didn't get the Job, but the experience was positive. Both the HR and the thecnical team were really kind to me.
- First step: A phone call from the HR to get aquainted and understand if the the person behind the CV fits the job. Then, brief description of the position plus normal questions: why did you apply? what do you like about the job? what are your best features? Second step: interview with the thecnical team similar to the first step but longer, with a better description of the job tasks. No technical question. Third step: case study on a project simulation. around 50 mins to read it and prepare it, and then 30 mins to discuss it. No preparation is required, you just need to be yourself and try to give your best.

If you go through, there's more than one round held by other managers. These rounds are always held by 2 managers and it makes sense as they can identify the best fit for their team.
