Interview
Got an initial phone screening interview asking about relevant experience and current situation. Further interview was to review products, telling the interviewer what was wrong with the ingredient list etc.

I did one interview then withdrew my application. It wasnt for me and I didnt want to move. The HR person was very nice. Asked me to ho over my resume and the pay I was seeing for similar roles in other companies
