      Interview

Standard STAR format interviews - situation, task, action, result. Questions are pretty typical, "tell me about a time when...". Company is also becoming more focused on future of employee in the company so have an answer for where you see yourself in 5-10 years. If you're in sales you'll most likely be forced to move so don't bother applying if you're not mobile.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SC Johnson (Frimley, England) in Sep 2023

      Interview

3-stage process (4 if you count the screening phone call) - at first you speak directly with the hiring manager, then you have a more of behavioral interview with a panel of people from different departments within a company, and lastly - a case study homework and presentation, relating to the channel you would potentially be managing

      Interview

It was a rushed interview process that the team was not ready for. After a panel of face-to-face interviews, the HR person said it would be a few weeks before any decisions were made. After 2 weeks of no information, I reached out and received no response. About 4 days after I reached out I received an email asking me to complete a survey on the process. I am guessing that means I was not selected for the position. The biggest issue is the lack of communication and no respect for other peoples time. If you have someone that makes it to the pannel interviews I would think you can at least send them an email letting them know they did not get the possition. Overall, it was a blessing I did not get the position because if this is how they treat people I would not like to work there.
