1:1 (and a couple 2:1) interviews with Engineers, supervisors, managers, and VP of HR and VP of Ops. Standard "tell us about yourself" interview with a few technicals added. The interview was on-site in Vancouver--I was flown in and stayed one night. Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere was not stressful, but one of genuine interest.
