There were a few online interviews with two partners. They were pleasant, informal and professional. They asked similar things with their own approach. One of them kept it very bi-directional. Asked a few questions before pausing to let me ask my own and kept on trying to clarify my questions. After the interviews I have received a set of assessments via mail to be completed and sent back in 48 hours. They included english translations, some multiple-choice questions and a case study. I didn't get an offer.

Question 1
The reason I am considering a career in consulting?
3 ore della mia vita sprecate oltre che di permessi di lavoro. Inutile dare appuntamenti se poi hr non si presenta. Fatto 2 colloqui di cui il secondo come formalità. Ovviamente dileguati senza una spiegazione.

Interview
Applied for the position and received a phone call a few days later setting of a time for a screening interview. They use a thirst party hiring company outside of Oregon. For a company that is supposed to be so big on “local” I find it funny they can’t even use inside hiring practices. Once the screen interview was set up, they scheduled a time to speak with me. They called and asked me a series of questions and then I got a rejection notice saying my qualifications weren’t in line with their needs. I have 10 years of experience in the position I applied for.
