SEMDC interview questions

First round interview was to determine if I was prepared for a VISTA position in MT. Very simple, asked basic questions about my personality, interests and some past experience. Second round was more specific to the position. Questions about my resume, communication skills and work ethic. Seemed like a very small organization. Both interviewers were extremely friendly and easy going. They were even interested in my hobbies. I thought the interview went extremely well (lasted 30 minutes longer than they expected) but I was informed 2 weeks later that the position had been filled.
