Interview process begins with the usual HR interview process. After this, the company will have your intellectual and psychological capabilities tested through various assessment procedures usually done online. If you have promising results, usually the HR will recommend you with the requesting department for the position you are applying with. This will be then followed by a second or final interview to be conducted by the manager or supervisor requesting for the vacancy position. It depends on what department you are assigned as to what questions will be asked of you. Usually, questions asked are very much related to the position you are applying with. The HR recruitment specialist will usually discuss with you the basic pay and details about the position being offered or you are applying with.
