Interview
Phone call interview, face to face interview. More of a personality test. Some experience necessary but not needed. Most techs/chemist are fresh graduates. It’s based on who you know in this workplace.

Interview
Interview is very chill; basically an informal informational chat with a current employee, then a chat with the manager who is a very chill guy. Be able to give a quick rundown on your life and skills, but you honestly don’t need to prepare much.
Smooth, simple and interactive. Was welcomed warmly and wasn’t asked too many daunting questions. The interview process may vary depending on the role, the company, requirements and the interviewer. I was also given an offer that I accepted.
