The interview was not too difficult. Previous agency experience is a big plus. Be prepared to talk about how you helped your team deliver great communications results. They are looking for someone responsible, detail-oriented, easy-going, and trainable.

I had a one on one interview with the director of HR and a separate one on one with the director of interns. They were both super nice and helpful. They knew what they were looking for. I didn't get it because my background was more in advertising.
