You will not even feel like getting interviewed or tested for technical background.

1) Face-to-face interview arranged within a week (2 interviewers happened to be in town)
2) Senior management interview over teleconference arranged within 2 days (panel of 3)
post> Job offered over 2 weeks of information gathering, negotiation, and situation clarification (very pleasant experience with the hiring manager; provided a resolution on middle-ground)
post> Job accepted (was given 5 days to consider)
post> Background checks, health screening, etc follows

Interview
Face to Face in office. Was asked about several technologies including PPP. I didn't know so I made a joke instead. I was in the bathroom prior to the interview, and someone came in at the same time. I was friendly and smile and had a feeling that this was the person I was going to interview with. It was, so smile at everybody, always.
