Prozess war relative angenehme und normal. Kein Stressfragen und kritische Situation.Es besthet aus bei mir insgesamt 3 Interview, Telegoninterview, vorort mit HR und Linemanagement und dann Vorort Probetag mit Teammitarbeiter. Es dauert sämtlich 1 Monate bis Entscheidung eintreffen.

Two step process. The first interview is classic and is 1hour long. The second is 3 hours long but includes meeting the team, discussing contract details and so so on. All in all, the process was quick and easy, mostly in german. Both interview happened on site.
