      Senior Motion Designer Interview

      Apr 4, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SKELAR

      Interview

Feels more like a networking funnel than a real interview I was invited to what was presented as a job interview, but it quickly became clear that this wasn’t an actual hiring conversation. Instead, it felt like a generic “networking” session with little relevance to a real role or next steps. At the end, I was told that a company representative would contact me to continue the process. After that — complete silence. When I followed up with the HR (who had been very pleasant at the start), "the tone noticeably changed" and my messages were effectively ignored. Overall, the experience felt misleading and a poor use of time. I’d recommend thinking twice before committing your time to this process.
