You must submit a resume, then go through 2 interviews. One is about how you will respond on the job, and the other is more personality based. You were asked about how skills on your resume apply to the job you are applying for. I met numerous people in the office, all were friendly but professional.

Interview
More like a get to know you interview. Simple question geared towards customer service. The interview only lasted about 20-30 minutes. Business casual attire, you do not have to dress up in a suite. It was a more relaxed environment, but serious about what needs to be done on the job and how things needed to be done.
