      Executive Assistant Interview

      Nov 28, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SNI Companies in Nov 2025

      Interview

DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES. I recently interviewed with the company for their executive assistant role. Everything was going smoothly and they thought I was a strong candidate which they had said verbatim. However at the end of the interview they asked for my GPA. Which was strange considering the role does not require any specialized degree and also that I had been out of school for 9 years. I had asked why they were needing my GPA score and the response word for word by the recruiter was “since you will be working with millionaires we want to make sure that the candidate for this position aligns with their values.” The clear elitism was a huge red flag for me and I promptly rescinded my application.
