SODA (UK) interview questions

Waited for approximately 40 minutes in the bar with around 10 other people, all sat in different areas. Given a form to fill in with job references, personal info etc. Called one by one to brief interviews after these had been finished. Told that they would be in touch with an answer by the end of the day, which they were. Wanted me to work the next day.
