Interview
Such a pain to arrange an interview. I submitted my resume and got called right away, but I couldn't return the call as I was at work at the time. A different person emailed me later that day and sent me an Indeed interview request at 7pm for an interview time of 730pm! I responded and waited for a bit to see if he would call...which he didn't. He ended up calling at 9:30pm at night! Despite sending an email earlier asking if we could talk the following day. I tried calling on my lunch the next day to no avail. Later that night, I got text messages at 10pm from this guy! I ignored it this time and the following day, he emailed at a normal time asking me to call him. I called and a woman just answered "hello?" I asked for the recruiter by name and she said he was busy on a call and asked if I was calling about work.It sounded as if she had an accident, so I could barely understand her. She took my number and he never called. So, on Monday, I regretfully followed up to see if the position was still open.He sent me an email and said they were interviewing still and asked me to call him later that evening (he must meant 930pm again) and asked if I could come in at noon the following day. I already had another interview lined up around that time, so I asked to come in after work this week. So then what happens? He calls at 930pm later that evening, AGAIN! I was asleep so I didn't answer. I honestly think I am done with him at this point. Calling at all hours of the night with no respect for family time, you can only imagine what working for this person would be like. No respect for boundaries. It's one thing if you previously arrange for an interview later in the evening, maybe 8pm at the latest. But 930 or 10pm for initial contact? Come on.
