I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SPARK EPOS (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
2 rounds, was asked about my experience supporting customers, general IT experience and my limited experience with robots. Asked what the split of the role was between tesing & support, they said 75%-25% (it was not at all. 100% answering phones.)
Interview was pretty easy if you know what you're talking about, you probably even could've gotten away with not knowing too much because the role just needed to be filled. It felt like they were looking more for a decent personality than knowledge. They are not technical people and you will literally be the only tech person there, so just try and know more than the managing director.

I was invited to an in-person interview after the 1st online interview. It's a tech company in a very modern working environment in newcastle city centre, I like it's very organised and professional interview processes.
