The Interview was the most casual and informal I've ever been too. I was free to express my character as much as I could express my caliber. I was asked questions that actually seemed easy for me, but I realised I was of the sparse minority who made it through the interview. I would attribute it to the fact that I was focused on presenting the best version of myself and try to see if the offer would work out, rather than squirm my answers to fit into the interview questions and trying to impress them. At the end, they valued Honesty in exhibition of personality and also the skill of arguing about varying opinions while still being open-minded to corrections.
